This is a new typical 46.90 sq.m. mini cottage project with a separate bedroom and mezzanine. The wooden frame building is suitable for use as a summer house, guest house or studio next to the main house. The classic shape of the roof looks especially good in the contexts of the Lithuanian countryside, and the moderate design allows you to play with details and colors by combining the house with the situation of the plot.
The bird does not have any colors, but we decided that the house should not be gray. We voted of the green option.
